摘要
以纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2)和水性聚氨酯(WPU)为原料,以水为分散剂,KH560和KH550为改性剂,采用喷涂工艺制备出SiO_2/WPU纳米复合涂层。研究了SiO_2粒度、SiO_2/WPU质量比、KH560改性SiO_2、及KH550改性WPU等因素对复合涂层疏水性能的影响。结果表明:采用粒度为30 nm的SiO_2、SiO_2/WPU质量比为1∶5、WPU与KH550质量比为10.6∶1时制备的SiO_2/WPU纳米复合涂层疏水效果最好,接触角达138°,从扫描电镜照片可以看出所制备的SiO_2/WPU涂层具有了与荷叶表面相似的微一纳米粗糙结构。
With nano silicon dioxide(SiO_2) and waterborne polyurethane(WPU) as raw materials, with water as dispersing agent, KH560 and KH550 as modifier, SiO_2/WPU nano composite coating was prepared by the spraying process. The effect of SiO_2 size, SiO_2/WPU mass ratio, KH560 modified SiO_2, and KH550 modified WPU on the properties of the composite coating was studied. The results show that, when the particle size of SiO_2 is 30 nm, SiO_2/WPU quality ratio is 1:5, WPU/KH550 mass ratio is 10.6:1, prepared SiO_2/WPU hydrophobic nanocomposite coating has the best hydrophobic effect, the contact angle is 138°. The scanning electron micrograph shows that prepared SiO_2/WPU coating has micronano-rough structure,which is similar to the surface of the lotus leaf.
