溶解氧对弱凝胶体系成胶性能的影响研究

摘要 针对弱凝胶调驱体系成胶性能易受到配制水溶解氧影响这一问题,本文开展了不同溶解氧量条件下的弱凝胶体系成胶性能实验。研究结果表明:溶解氧量对弱凝胶粘度稳定性具有较大的影响,当溶解氧浓度为0.46 mg/L时,10天内粘度降低90%以上。而随着溶解氧量的增加,粘度下降程度更大。硫脲在短时间对聚合物的稳定作用比较显著,15天成胶粘度可达17000 mPa·s,并且30 d粘度依然保持在10 000 mPa·s以上。 In view of the problem that the gelling property of weak gel profile control flooding system is easy affected by dissolved oxygen in the water, the gelling properties of weak gel system under different dissolved oxygen conditions were studied. The results show that the dissolved oxygen has a great influence on the viscosity stability of the weak gel. When the concentration of dissolved oxygen is 0.46 mg/L, the viscosity decreases by more than 90% within 10 days. And with the increase of dissolved oxygen, the viscosity decreases more remarkably. Thiourea plays a stabilizing role on the polymer solution viscosity in short time, the viscosity is up to 17 000 mPa·s after 15 days, and remains above 10 000 mPa·s after 30 days.
