摘要
对油田三元复合驱生产集输系统的结垢问题进行了全面系统地研究,通过仪器分析与化学分析方法(包括红外光谱仪(FTIR),X射线衍射(XRD),原子吸收光谱法(AAS)、原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)、化学分析法(CA))等手段确定了三元复合驱输油管线内堵塞物成分,主要成分是碳酸盐、硅酸盐和有机物。成垢原因是因为在油田作业过程中,管道中积累了大量的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Si^(4+)、CO_3^(2-)等成垢离子,导致管道中生成无机盐垢,同时由于悬浮物的存在,也促进了垢的生成。根据现场实际情况,可以通过稳定体系阳离子,破坏垢质生长等方面进行防垢。
The fouling problem of ternary composite flooding gathering and transportation system was studied in a comprehensive and systematic way. The component of the scale was identified by means of instrumental analysis and chemical analysis. The results show that main components of the scale are carbonate, silicate and organic matter. Main reasons of scale formation are as follows: in the long-term production and operation process, a great number of scale ions were accumulated, such as Si^(4+), Mg^(2+), Ca^(2+), CO_3^(2-), producing a large amount of inorganic salt scale; Meanwhile, the existence of a lot of suspended solid in the pipeline also provided optimal conditions for the formation of scale. Under the actual situation of oil field scaling, the cation system should be stabilized to restrain scale growth.
