彰武油田九佛堂组堵漏技术与现场应用

摘要 彰武油田主要目的层为九佛堂组,该层位裂缝发育,在钻井及固井过程中普遍存在漏失情况。针对九佛堂组裂缝条件及漏失特点,采用刚性颗粒堵漏材料,段塞式堵漏方法,可以有效增加堵漏的成功率,大幅节约堵漏时间,在现场应用中取得良好实验效果。并且通过承压堵漏的方法,可以增加地层承载力,理论上应能满足固井要求。 Main purpose layer in Zhangwu oilfield is Jiufotang formation, the fracture in the layer is developed, the leakage problem widely exists in the process of drilling and cementing. According to Jiufotang formation crack condition and leakage characteristics, rigid particle plugging materials can be used to carry out temporary plugging by slug type plugging method,whch can effectively increase the success rate of the plugging, sharply save plugging time. And good experiment results have been obtained in field application. The method of leakage blocking with pressure can increase the bearing capacity of formation, and should be able to meet the requirements of cementing in theory.
