摘要
管道流固耦合会导致结构局部刚度减小,降低结构的固有频率。而在管道与流体的耦合振动中,管道转弯处是耦合振动最敏感区域。因此本文通过流体控制方程和固体控制方程建立系统单向流固耦合方程;在此分析的基础上利用Workbench建立弯管流固耦合有限元模型,分析了流速、压力、管径比这三个重要参数对输水弯管流固耦合系统振动频率的影响。
The fluid-solid coupling action of the pipeline will lead to the decrease of local stiffness of the structure and the decrease of natural frequency of the structure. In the coupling vibration of the pipeline and the fluid, the pipe turn is the most sensitive area of coupling vibration. In this paper, the fluid control equation and the solid control equation were used to establish the one-way fluid-solid coupling equation. Based on this analysis, the fluid-solid coupling model of the elbow was established by Workbench, and influence of three important parameters including velocity, pressure and pipe diameter on vibration frequency of elbow under fluid-solid coupling action was analyzed.
