有毒气体扩散后果事故分析

摘要 随着公众对石油需求量的增加,国内外的油罐油气泄漏及火灾爆炸事故也更频繁的出现。而石化企业火灾爆炸事故的主要原因之一是泄漏。本文主要针对有毒气体泄漏后的扩散过程,采用高斯模型建立模型,并应用VB软件进行数值模拟,体现有毒气体浓度和下风向距离的关系,评价可能造成的伤亡人数,为确定风险影响范围、减少伤亡提供依据。 With the increase of public demand for oil, oil tank leakage and fire explosion accidents at home and abroad frequently appear. Main reason to cause fire explosion accidents in petrochemical enterprises is a leakage problem. In this article, aiming at the diffusion process of toxic gas after leakage, Gaussian model was adopted to establish the model, and VB software was used to carry out numerical simulation of the relationship between toxic gas concentration and downwind distance, the number of casualties that may be caused was evaluated, which could provide the basis for determining the risk influence scope and reducing casualties.
