摘要
目的:探讨吴茱萸汤对醋酸诱导的内脏痛模型小鼠的止痛作用。方法:在醋酸诱导的内脏痛模型小鼠上,结合扭体实验及免疫组织化学染色探查吴茱萸汤的止痛作用与TRPV1的关联。结果:与模型组对比,吴茱萸汤组可显著降低小鼠扭体行为差异极显著(P<0.01),同时,吴茱萸汤组小鼠第1次扭体行为出现时间明显延迟,差异显著(P<0.05);与正常组对比,模型组结肠组织中TRPV1阳性表达显著增多差异极显著(P<0.001),而吴茱萸汤组小鼠结肠粘膜层与肌层的TRPV1阳性表达明显减少,与模型组对比差异极显著(P<0.001)。结论:热敏通道TRPV1是吴茱萸汤发挥止痛作用的关键环节。
Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of Wuzhuyu tang on acetic acid-induced visceral pain in mice. Methods: Animal behavior experiment and immunohistochemical technique were used to observe the analgesic effect of Wuzhuyu Tang and the ex- pression of TRPV1 in colon tissue of acetic acid-induced visceral pain mice. Results : The frequency of writhing behavior in Wuzhuyu tang group was significantly lower than that in model group ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Wuzhuyu tang was able to delay the occurrence time of writ- hing behavior in mice, and the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05) compared with model group. The expression of TRPV1 in colon- ic tissue of model group was significantly higher than that of normal group ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . After 4d administration of Wuzhuyu tang, the expression of TRPV1 in colonic tissue was significantly lower than that in model group (P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion : Thermosensory channel TRPV1 play a key role on the analgesic effect of Wuzhuyu tang.
