基于关联规则分析苗医治疗风湿病方的用药规律

An Analysis of Medicine Rules in Miao Medicine Prescriptions for Curing Rheumatology Based on Association Rules

目的:应用关联规则探究苗医治疗风湿病方的组方规律。方法:收集、整理苗医治疗风湿病方,并建立数据库,应用关联规则中的Apriori算法进行数据挖掘。结果:经统计苗医治疗风湿病单验方共有842首,药物576味,累计用药频次4098次,其中,频频次最高的依次是见血飞、威灵仙、白酒等30味苗药。关联规则分析出支持度≥3%、置信度≥18%的药对如见血飞-淫羊藿、见血飞-松节、鸡血藤-石胡椒等14对;支持度≥0.08%、置信度≥5.9%的药组如白酒-八角枫-大血藤、鸡血藤-松节-石胡椒等13组。结论:运用关联规则可以挖掘苗医治疗风湿病的用药特点和规律,为阐释苗医组方理论提供科学借鉴,并为临床用药提供思路。

Objective： To explore medicine rules in Miao medicine prescriptions for curing rheumatism by association rules. Meth- ods： We collected and arranged prescriptions for curing rheumatism and established a database. The medicine rules were analyzed by Apriori algorithm in association rules. Results： According to statistics, there were 842 single prescriptions which including 576 kinds of drugs. The use frequency of all drugs is 4098 times. The highest frequency is Jianxuefei, Weilingxian, Baijiuand etc. There were 14 pairs of drugs （supportS3%, reliability ~〉 18% ） be found by association rules, such as Jianxuefei-Yinyanghuo, Jianxuefei- Songjie, Jixueteng-Shihujiao and etc. We also found 13 groups of drugs （supports≥0. 08%, reliabilitye≥5.9% ）, such as Baijiu- Bajiaofeng-Daxueteng, Jixueteng-Songjie-Shihujiao and etc. Conclusion： Association rules can be used in exploring medicine rules in Miao medicine prescriptions to provide scientific reference which can be used in the interpretation of theory, and the train of thought for ical medicine.
