基于玄府学说探析“阴火”及“甘温除热”法

Research of “Yin-fire” Theory and “Eliminating Evil Heat by Sweet Warming Therapeutic Method” Based on Sweat Pore Doctrine

李东垣于《脾胃论》中立"阴火"之说,并详论治法与方剂。后世学者按图索骥,于临床效验恒多。而于"阴火"之实质,李氏所述似明似暗,后世诸家之论亦见仁见智。本文基于玄府学说,并从方药运用的角度探析"阴火"及"甘温除热"法,以期管窥其冰山一角。

Li Dong-yuan advanced the ＂Yin-fire＂ theory in Treatise on the spleen and stomach, and expanded its therapies and pre- scriptions. Later doctors learn his theory and achieve good clinical results. In fact, Li did not elaborate on this theory, so later doe- tors understood it differently. Based on the ＂Xuanfu＂ theory, analyze the ＂Yin-fire＂ and ＂eliminating heat by sweet warming thera- peutic method＂ from the point of the use of formulas.
