The pathogenesis of renal disorder caused by toxin, which is that toxin infringe renal system and break normal physiologi- cal function, thus lead to the imbalance of yin-yang and qi-blood and the injury of viscera. In this thesis, the pathogenesis was divided into five categories： toxin invading the renal system, toxin damaging the renal network vessel, toxin infringing ostium urethrae exter- nam and obstructing the lower burner, toxin breaking bone and leading to the renal weakness, toxin obstructing the metabolism of body fluid. It is significant to research into the pathogenesis of toxin, and to confirm the transitional rules and syndrome differentiation and treatment.
