《济阴纲目》是明代医家武之望所撰的妇科专著,其内容丰富,首冠诸家论辩,博采众家观点融入己见,下附方药,先论后方,切合临床实用。书中求子门对男女不孕不育分而论之,通过全面分析脉、证,辨别寒热虚实,用药加减灵活多变。提出求子须知氤氲之时,求子先调经,贵养精血,调经重视脾胃的中心思想。

＂Ji Yin Gang Mu＂ is a great gynecological literature written by Wu Zhiwang in Ming Dynasty. The book is rich in content, reference to other classical books point of view, it explanation the medical theory, and then attached to the prescription, has a strong clinical utility. ＂Qiu zi Men＂ dissused infertility and sterihty separately by comprehensive analyse of pulse syndrome to differentiate cold and heat, deficiency and excess, for appropriate and flexible prescription. It＇s considered that regular menstruation, aboundant essence and blood, strengthened spleen and stomach and ovulating is the key to pregnancy in this book.
