冠心病患者外周血胰岛素样生长因子1、白细胞介素-18的表达以及与Syntax评分的相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨冠心病外周血胰岛素样生长因子-1、白细胞介素-18表达变化以及与冠状动脉Syntax评分的关系。方法选取冠心病患者95例,采用盲法行选择性冠状动脉造影检查,计算Syntax评分。依据Syntax评分结果分为CAD低风险组、中风险组和高风险组。酶联免疫吸附法检测IGF-1、IL-18表达水平。结果各组外周血IGF-1、IL-18水平以及Syntax评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中,CAD高风险组和中风险组外周血IGF-1水平较低风险组明显降低(P<0.01);高风险组较低风险组、中风险组外周血IL-18水平及Syntax评分明显升高(P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示:外周血浆IGF-1浓度与Syntax评分呈明显负相关(r=-0.733,P<0.01),IL-18与Syntax评分呈正相关(r=0.847,P<0.01)。结论 Syntax评分高风险组CAD患者外周血IGF-1水平降低;CAD患者外周血IGF-1与Syntax评分、IL-18表达密切相关,提示IGF-1可能参与了CAD的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1)and interleukin 18 (1L- 18) in peripheral blood of patients with coronary artery disease and its correlation with Syntax(Synergy between PCI with Taxus and Cardiac Surgery) score. Methods 95 patients with coronary artery disease admitted to our hospital were enrolled into our experiment. Selective coronary angiography was performed in patients and the Syntax score was calculated with blinding. According to the Results of Syntax score, patients were divided into 3 groups: CAD low-risk group( Syntax score≤ 22, n = 29 ), CAD middle-risk group ( 22 ≤ Syntax seore≤ 32, n = 40 ), CAD high-risk group(Syntax score≥33 ,n= 26). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to determine the expression of cir- culating IGF-1 and IL-18. Results The circulating IGF-I,IL-18 and Syntax were statistically significant different a- mong each group(P〈0.01). Circulating IGF-1 levels was lower in CAD high-risk group than in other two groups (P〈0.01). Circulating IL-18 levels and Syntax score were higher in CAD high-risk group and CAD middle-risk group than in CAD low-risk group(P〈0.01). Correlation analysis showed that circulating IGF-1 is negatively relat ed with Syntax score(r=-0. 733 ,P〈0.01) ,and circulating IL-18 is positively related with Syntax score(r=0. 847, P〈0.01). Conclusion Circulating IGF-1 is decreased in patients with CAD high-risk group, and closely related to Syntax score,indicating that IGF-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of CAD.
