摘要
现阶段施工需求使BIM在施工管理中的应用成为必然,基于此,分析BIM在施工管理中的应用优势,从施工资源、进度、安全三个方面阐述BIM的管理应用,为项目施工管理工作的开展提供参考。
At present, the needs of construction making the application of BIM in the construction management become inevitable. Based on this, the paper analyzes the application advantages of BIM in the construction management, expounds the management application of BIM in terms of construction resources, progress and safety management, in order to provide references for the construction management.
