摘要
通过文献阅读,识别出影响海外PPP项目开展的外部环境因素;通过问卷调查,对各因素的绝对重要性和相对重要性进行打分。运用Matlab、SPSS对各因素进行定量分析,最终得到影响海外PPP发展的5个核心外部环境因素,并就我国承包商开展海外PPP业务提出相关建议。
Firstly, the paper identifies external factors influencing the development of overseas PPP projects by means of literature review. Then, carries out a questionnaire survey to determine their absolute importance and relative importance. Finally, gets five core external factors that affect the development of overseas PPP projects through Matlab and SPSS quantitative analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for contractors to develop overseas PPP projects
