以N,N-二羟乙基甲酰胺为塑化剂的聚乙烯醇膜性能研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE PROPERTIES OF POLY (VINLY ALOCOHOL) FILM USING N,N-BIS (2-HYDROXYETHYL) FORMAMIDE AS PLASTICIZER

摘要 以N,N-二羟乙基甲酰胺(NBF)为新型塑化剂,采用流延成膜的方法制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜。FTIR表明PVA膜中NBF与PVA间可形成氢键,NBF与PVA间相容性良好。利用DSC研究PVA膜热性能,NBF可降低PVA的熔点和玻璃化转变温度。XRD表明NBF可降低膜中PVA的结晶度。测定了PVA膜的透水性能,随塑化剂含量增加,水蒸气透过率增加。采用万能拉力试验机研究PVA膜的力学性能,随塑化剂含量增加,PVA膜拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率提高。NBF是PVA有效的塑化剂。 Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films were prepared by casting method using N,N -Bis(2 -hydroxyethyl)formamide (NBF) as a new plasticizer. The interactions between NBF and PVA molecules were investigated by FTIR spectra. FFIR spectra showed that hydrogen bond formed between PVA and NBF, there was good compatibility between PVA and NBF. The results of differential scan- ning calorimetry (DSC) showed that NBF could decrease the melting point and glass transition temperature of PVA. The XRD investi- gations showed that the crystalline fraction significantly reduced with the addition of NBF. It was found that the water vapor permeabil- ity of PVA films increased with increasing NBF content. The mechanical properties of PVA films were studied. Compared with PVA film without NBF, PVA films plasticized by NBF showed lower tensile strength, but higher elongation at break. NBF was an effective plasticizer for PVA.
