摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种典型的自身免疫性疾病,血管炎作为最基本的病理表现贯穿整个疾病发生发展过程中,微血管的改变加速SLE微循环障碍的发生。微循环障碍这一重要的发病环节,使得SLE患者出现全身多系统、多器官损伤的表现。本文就系统性红斑狼疮并发微循环障碍的发病机制及其影响因素进行综述。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a typical autoimmune disease.Vasculitis is the basic pathological change and it caused the SLE microcirculation disorder.Microcirculation disorder is one of the important links in the SLE pathogenesis,and it makes a wide variety of target organ damage involving multi-organ and multisystem.In this review,we give an overview on the pathogenesis and influences of SLE associated with microcirculation disorder.
