摘要
介绍合成氨装置脱碳单元采用苯菲尔脱碳工艺运行情况和运行期间主要的技术攻关改造,包括更换活化剂、改造旁滤系统和增加低压蒸汽发生器联排管线,总结相应的经验教训,为日常管理做好准备。
Benfield process used in decarbonization unit in synthetic ammonia plant and its operation status were introduced in this paper. Main technical reformation such as changing the activator, reforming the filer system, and adding tubes in low pressure steam generator was also described. Lessons learnt from experience makes routine management perfect.
