介绍大颗粒尿素装置流化床生产工艺,针对装置从试车到满负荷运行期间,由于工艺指标、设备原因导致的停车进行分析总结,实施相应的改造措施,优化工艺操作,效果明显,使装置达到了安、稳、长、满、优运行。
The fluidized bed process used in large granular urea plant was described. The trips caused by process and equipment in a 330 kt/a urea plant during its commissioning under full load were analyzed and summarized, and corresponding measures were taken accordingly to optimize the process operation for a safe, stable, long term, full load and perfect operation.
