摘要
介绍SCR脱硝工艺原理及流程,从锅炉结渣、反应器入口烟气流场、反应器吹灰系统设计、锅炉烟气灰分含量和黏度各方面,分析脱硝催化剂积灰堵塞原因,提出并实施相应处理措施,有效缓解了催化剂积灰堵塞现象,确保了锅炉装置安、稳、长、满、优运行。
This paper introduced theory and process flow of SCR denitration technology, analyzed the reasons of ash clogging on denitration catalyst from aspects of boiler slagging, the field of flue gas at the inlet of reactor, ash blowing system design, ash content in the flue gas, and ash viscosity. Corresponding measures were proposed accordingly to relieve ash clogging during boiler operation.
