大功率LD端抽运Nd∶YAGZ型腔内热效应补偿的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在Z型谐振腔内加入一个凸透镜 ,用以补偿增益介质的热透镜效应 ,并通过实验验证了其可行性。最大输出功率达到 1.14W ,斜效率为 9.95 %。 In this paper, a convex lens is inserted in the Z cavity, which is used to compensate for the thermal lens effect in gain medium. The experiments verify its feasibility. The maximum output power is 1.14 W, and the slope efficiency is 9 95%.
