聚乙二醇/聚乙烯醇共混薄膜的结晶性能 被引量:1

摘要 通过溶液浇铸法制备了一系列不同配比的聚乙二醇(PEG)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混薄膜。借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了混合物的共混比对聚合物共混薄膜结晶性能的影响。结果发现:聚乙二醇的结晶温度随PEG/PVA共混比的减小而升高,当共混比减小到20∶80时,实验观察不到聚乙二醇的结晶;聚乙二醇的熔点基本保持不变,而结晶度随PEG/PVA共混比的减小而降低;在相同的结晶条件下,聚乙二醇的结晶度随其分子量的增加而降低。此外,利用偏光显微镜(POM)对聚合物共混薄膜的结晶形态进行了观察。该共混体系可以作为一种新型高分子固-固相转变材料用于热能贮存和温度调节控制。 A series of polyethylene glycol (PEG)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) blends with different proportions were prepared by solution casting. The effect of the blending ratio of the mixture on the crystallinity of the polymer blends was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ). It was found that the crystallization temperature of polyethylene glycol decreased with the decrease of PEG/PVA blending ratio.When the blending ratio was reduced to 20 : 80, the crystallization of polyethylene glycol was not observed. The melting point of polyethylene glycol remained unchanged, while the crystallinity decreased with the decrease of PEG/PVA blending ratio.The crystallinity of polyethylene glycol decreases with the increase of the molecular weight of PEG in the same crystallization condition with the decrease of PEG/PVA blending ratio. In addition, the crystal morphology of the polymer blend film was studied by polarizing microscope(POM) .The blended system can be used as a new type of polymer solid-solid phase transition material for thermal energy storage and temperature control.
