摘要
传统的扭矩扳子检定装置在检定过程中多个环节存在误差,分析预置式扭矩扳子示值误差不确定度来源主要为测量重复性、检定装置、二次仪表读数、检定前未充分预扭、受力形变和契合度等,计算不确定度分量对测量结果的影响。
Errors exist in many steps when calibrating the traditional torque wrench calibrating device,the article analyses that the error uncertainty sources of indicated values for pre-set torque wrenches include measurement repeatability,calibrating device,secondary meter reading,insufficient pretwist before calibration,mechanics of deformation and integration degree,etc. It also works out the influence of uncertainty component on measurement results.
