摘要
基于GB 1094.2—2013《电力变压器第2部分:液浸式变压器的温升》,结合试验数据,分析牵引变压器温升模型、温升试验曲线和冷却单元工况,探讨牵引变压器的油温升测试和绕组平均温升测试的具体操作过程及相关计算方法,提出温升试验结果的修正条件和修正公式。试验为牵引变压器设计人员与试验人员提供操作依据,也是对标准内容的合理补充。
Based on GB 1094.2—2013 Power Transformers—Part 2: Temperature Rise for Liquid-immersed Transformers,in combination of the test data,the article analyses the traction transformer temperature rise model,the temperature rise test curve and the cooling unit service conditions,discusses the specific operational processes and relevant computational methods for the oil temperature rise test on traction transformers and the average temperaturerise test on windings,putting forward the modifier conditions and formulas for the temperature rise test result. The tests are the rational supplement of the standard contents,providing the operation basis for traction transformer designers and test personnel.
