摘要
科学技术在生产力发展和经济增长过程中扮演着重要的角色,如果我国能够在关键的科技领域处于国际领先水平,则会成为经济可持续发展的一个重要支撑。技术不断进步,在科技领域的发展下,人才培育也是一重要课题,创新的思维造就新技术的产生,因此技术层面的衡量亦涵盖了产生技术之中所带来的所有经济活动。本文将对创新驱动机制的内涵进行论述,并重点阐述创新驱动机制在经济发展方式转变的应用。
Science and technology play an important role in productivity development and economic growth.With the increasing progress of science and technology, talents nurture is also an important issue. Innovative ideas give birth to new technologies, so technology issues are actually related with all the economic activities in the birth of technology. The paper illustrates the connotation of innovation-driven mechanism and focuses on the application of innovation-driven mechanism in the change of economic mode.
