2016年许昌市魏都区成人慢性病及其危险因素监测

Surveillance of non-communicable chronic diseases and its major risk factors among adults in Weidu District,Xuchang in 2016

目的了解许昌市魏都区成人慢性病患病情况,探讨吸烟、饮酒等危险因素的流行情况及分析相关危险因素对高血压、糖尿病等慢病的影响。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,调查了5个办事处10个社区的18岁及以上常住居民3 108人。结果魏都区18岁及以上人群中高血压患病率为27.35%,糖尿病患病率为8.14%,超重和肥胖率分别为35.89%、13.18%;男、女吸烟率分别为47.18%、1.53%。结论糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常和肥胖严重危害着该区居民健康,吸烟、饮酒、不健康饮食等慢病危险因素水平居高不下,控制慢病危害已成为公共卫生面临的巨大挑战。

Objective To describe distribution of non-communicable chronic diseases and their risk factors such as smoking, alcohol drinking, an so on, and their impacts among adults in Weidu District of Xuchang. Methods With multi-stage cluster sampling, 3108 adult residents aged 18 years and over were investigated at l0 communities of five townships and towns in Weidu. Results Overall prevalence was 27.35 percent for hypertension, 8.14 percent for diabetes, 35.89 percent for overweight, 13.18 percent for obesity.Smoking rates of men and women are 47.18 percent and 1.53 percent respectively.Conclusions Diabetes,hypertension, dyslipidemia and obesity seriously endangering the health of residents in the area, and smoking, drinking, unhealthy diet are high risk factors of chronic diseases,so slow disease control has become a huge challenge to public health.
