冷藏对烟蚜茧蜂营养物质积累与转化的影响 被引量:3

A Preliminary Study on the Nutriment Accumulate Translation and Eclosion Rate of Cold Storage on the Pupae of Aphidius gifuensis Ahsmaed

摘要 指出了烟蚜茧蜂(Aphidius gifuensis Ahsmaed)是一种蚜虫的专性寄生蜂,能够显著地控制蚜虫的种群数量,其滞育机制对烟蚜茧蜂产品化生产具有重大意义。为进一步了解低温冷藏对云南烟蚜茧蜂体内代谢物质及其羽化率的影响,通过低温(8±0.5℃)冷藏寄生蚜,形成僵蚜后将其转至3℃条件下分时段冷藏,最后测定了烟蚜茧蜂(蛹)体内代谢物质的变化及其与羽化率的关系。结果表明:冷藏初期烟蚜茧蜂大量积累糖类和脂肪,消耗蛋白;随着冷藏时间的延长,糖类优先被利用,大量分解转化为蛋白质,脂肪含量有所下降;冷藏后期随着糖类的消耗殆尽,蛋白大量分解转化为糖类和脂肪;冷藏10d、20d、30d和40d羽化率分别为86.67%、49.33%、15.33%和12.67%,显著低于未冷藏烟蚜茧蜂羽化率94.00%。研究认为,冷藏期间烟蚜茧蜂体内营养物质存在明显的积累和转化关系,羽化率随冷藏时间的延长而降低。 Aphidius gifuensis Ahsmaed is a solitary endoparasitoid of aphid, which can control aphid observably. The research on diapause of A. gifuensis has great significance for factory--like multiply A. gifuensis. In order to under stand the effects of the cold storage for its metabolites and eclosion rate, the aphid mummies were transferred in refrigerator at 3℃ after they were formed under the conditions of (8±0.5) ℃. Then the content change of metabolites in aphid mummies and their correlation with eclosion rate were measured. Regression analysis showed that that the sugar and axunge content of aphid mummies reduce gradually, but the protein content increased slowly at the refrigeration early. Sugar was exploited preferentially and converted into protein, at the same time the axunge content decreased increasingly with the extension of stored time. A large number of proteins were converted into sugars and axunge when the sugar was exhausted at the late stored storage. In addition to this, the eclosion rates were 86.67%, 49.33%, 15.33% and 12. 670/00 after stored 10d, 20d, 30th and 40d, which was lower than that of the contrast significantly. There was a phenomenon that the nutrient substance in A. Gifuensis were accumulated and transformed with the extension of storage time. The rate of emergence linear equation relationship with time in temperature 3℃.
