基于水的比热特性,分析了水对气候的调节作用和对降雨的影响,阐述了人类对河流的开发利用方式,进而从河流水能利用与工业用水的角度,探讨了建坝与温排水对河流水温的影响。

Based on the specific beat of water, the paper analyzed the effect of water on the climate and rainfall. so depicted the development and utilization of human beings on the river. The influences of the dam and the hot drainage on river water temperature were discussed in term of the river hydropower and industrial water use.
