工业锅炉谷电替代方案设计与优化

摘要 根据生物质燃料替代政策,以节能环保为切入点,从经济性、现有资源利用条件、环保安全性3个方面选取因素指标,开发出了谷电熔盐蓄热系统应用于工业锅炉,实践结果表明:相比天然气作为燃料替代,谷电替代具有降低企业生产成本,扩大利润空间,有利于促进企业的良性发展。同时电能保证用户侧清洁无污染排放,兼具企业发展与环境保护的双赢局面。谷电的有效利用能改善电力峰谷差,平衡国家电网安全运行,是电网发展谷电经济的重要手段。 According to biomass fuel alternative policies, based on energy conservation and environmental protection as the breakthrough point, this paper has developed the three factors of economic efficiency, existing resources utilization and environmental protection. It has developed the application of the valley thermal storage system in industrial boilers. The results showed that compared with natural gas as a fuel substitute, alternative valley power with lower production costs andgreater profit spaceis conducive to promote the benign development of the enterprise. At the same time, power can ensure that the user side is clean and has no pollution emissions with win--win situation be tween enterprise development and environmental protection. The effective use of valley power can improve poor elec tricity peak valley and balance the safe operation of the national power grid, which is an important means of valley power grid development economy.
