城市旅游规划的文化生态适应性研究

Research on the Cultural Ecology Adaptability about Urban Tourism Planning

指出了旅游的核心是文化,独特文化形成的基础是文化生态。受理性城市规划思想的影响,城市旅游规划忽视文化的福利性和生态整体性,表现出强烈的物质性、技术性特征,难以持续。为了实现规划工具之形与旅游文化之神、文化资源开发与文化生态安全、旅游文化内涵与城市文化特色、旅游经济发展与市民文化福利的协同共生,在斯图尔德文化生态适应概念的基础上,通过深入剖析文化生态的环境适应因素,辨识了城市旅游规划的特点及其文化生态影响要素,从"环境-资源、战略-功能、主体-客体、形式-形象"四个方面提出了城市旅游规划的文化生态适应策略。

The core of tourism is culture, while the foundation of the unique culture is cultural ecology. Urban tourism planning shows strong physical and technical characteristics while it neglects the cultural welfare and ecological integrity, which has been influenced by rational urban planning ideas and unsustainable features. In order to realize the symbiosis between the planning tools and the theme of tourism culture, the cultural resources development and ecological security, the tourism culture connotation and urban cultural characteristics, the development of tourism economy and the welfare of citizens, this paper put forward some cultural ecological adaptation strategies about urban tourism planning from four aspects, namely environment and resources, strategy and function, subject and object form and image, respectively. By discussing the characteristics of urban tourism planning and cultural ecological impact factors, this paper made a deep analysis of the elements of cultural ecology adaptation with the concept of ecological adaptation of J · H· Steward.
