北京发展市域(郊)铁路的问题分析与战略构想

Thinking on Issues and Strategic Concept about Suburban Railway Development in Beijing

介绍北京发展市域(郊)铁路的必要性及优势;从对市域(郊)铁路重要性认知不足与体系缺失、既有普速铁路线路能力不足、管理体制和商业模式不完善等方面,分析当前北京发展市域(郊)铁路存在的问题;从枢纽设计、制度设计、商业模式设计方面,对北京发展市域(郊)铁路提出了总体战略构想。

The necessity and advantage for suburban railway development in Beijing is analyzed; existing issues like lack of recognition of the importance of suburban railway, incomplete systems, insufficient capacity of conventional railway and incomplete management system and commercial modes are analyzed. Strategic outlook is proposed from the aspect of design of terminal, system and commercial modes.
