摘要
为进一步适应铁路转企后的运输组织改革,突出提高铁路运输生产效率和全力保证运输生产安全的重点方向,着力解决调度决策智能化、生产组织精准化、运力调配精益化、应急处置科学化等问题,需要大力研究和建设智能化的新一代铁路运输调度管理系统。以"一列车一条线"为标志和实现列车全生命周期管理为阶段目标,中国铁路总公司先行推动了铁路运输调度管理系统(TDMS)5.0的研发试验和推广实施,部分实现了"辅助决策、高效调度、动态配能、精准运输"的调度指挥目标,取得了良好的应用效果。
To adapt to reform on traffic organization after the transforming from ministry to enterprise, to improve transport efficiency and to guarantee transport safety, the new generation of intelligent transport dispatching management system(TDMS) needs to be researched and constructed, so as to solve the problems such as intelligent dispatching decision, precise transport organization, lean management over transport resource allocation and scientific emergency response. For the stage objective as realizing entire life-cycle management marked as "one train for one line", CHINA RAILWAY promotes the R&D, test and application of TDMS 5.0 version, which partially realizes the target of "auxiliary decision-making, highly-efficient dispatching, dynamic capacity allocation and precise transport" and achieves good results.
