摘要
郑州市轨道交通5#线郑经盾构区间侧穿建筑物期间遇到大量锚索,从造价、工期及施工风险方面考虑,确定采用竖井加横通道施工锚索拔除方案。在有限的空间内采用自制轻型拔锚装置设备对锚索进行了有效拔除,验证了采用竖井加横通道施工拔除锚索方案的可行性与正确性,解决了长距离深埋锚索对盾构掘进的影响,为类似工程提供借鉴。
There are a lot of anchor cables when ZhengJing shield area side wear buildings in Zhengzhou city rail transit track 5#, under this situation, according the cost, period and construction risk and other factors, we choose the scheme of removing the anchor cables by shaft and cross aisle. In the limited space, using the self-made light unmoor device to remove the cables, and we have succeed, the shaft with a cross channel construction cable extraction scheme was proved feasible and correctness, it solves the problem of the affect of long distance and deep buried cable on shield tunneling, provides reference for the similar engineering.
