摘要
介绍了光栅编码器先进的信号处理技术-实时自动校准技术的应用。光栅编码器的信号处理技术对编码器的精度提升有着重要的影响。对于增量光栅编码器的原始sin/cos信号进行实时修正处理是提升精度的一个很好的解决方案。这使得编码器在其他方面也会有很好的表现,抗污染和稳定性能等。
This paper introduces the advanced signal processing technology - real-time automatic grating encoder calibration technology. Signal processing technology of grating encoder has important influence to the precision of the encoder indexes. For incremental grating encoder original real-time correction sine/cosine signal processing is to improve the precision of a good solution. This makes the encoder will also have a very good performance in other ways, pollution resistance and stable performance, etc.
