摘要
以往关于社会网络与职业获得之间因果性效应的研究主要采用两种思路:一是考察个人拥有的社会网络资源和职业获得之间的关系;二是考察个人在职业获得过程中动用的社会网络资源和职业获得之间的关系。这两种思路都存在逻辑上的漏洞。本文提出了一种证明社会网络对职业获得因果性效应的新思路。根据这一思路,通过分析2007年"城市新移民"调查数据,作者更加逻辑严密地证明了社会网络对职业获得的因果性效应。
Many researchers obtained the causal effect in the previous studies regarding to the association between social network and occupational status attainment by two ways. One is to study the relationship between the possession of social network resource and occupational status attainment; the other is to investigate the relationship between the use of social network resource and occupational status attainment. But the two ideas have serious flaws in logic. In this paper, a new idea is developed to test the causal relationship between social network and occupational status attainment. Using data from the New Urban Immigrants 2007, this paper give more rigorous proof of the causal effect of social network on occupational status attainment by this line of thought.
