摘要
试验旨在筛选出适合赤峰地区养殖的昭乌达肉羊杂交组合。随机选取年龄为3~4岁,健康、发育良好的蒙古羊、无角陶赛特、萨福克、昭乌达肉羊公羊各2只;同时选择体重、年龄相近,经产的240只昭乌达肉羊母羊,分为4组,利用同期发情和人工授精技术配种。每组选择F_1代公羔20只,在相同饲养条件下,断奶后育肥到6月龄,每组各选5只进行屠宰测定。结果表明:三个杂交组合F_1代的断奶成活率高于昭乌达肉羊的F_1代;萨昭F_1、赛昭F_1断奶重显著大于昭乌达肉羊羔羊的F_1代(P<0.05);萨昭F_1代育肥性能要好于其他三个组合的F_1代;萨昭F_1代肌肉的水分、系水力、熟肉率、蛋白含量显著高于蒙昭F_1代和赛昭F_1代(P<0.05),失水率显著低于蒙昭F_1代和赛昭F_1代(P<0.05);三个杂交组合F_1代的肌肉品质和风味物质含量方面与昭乌达肉羊无明显差异,综合各因素,萨昭杂交组合是本次试验中较为理想的组合。
This study was aimed to select cross combinations of Zhaowuda meat sheep,suitable for breeding at Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia. The experiment selected two male Mongolian Sheep,Poll Dorset,Suffolk Sheep and Zhaowuda meat sheep,respectively,which were 3to 4 years old with normal development; and 240 production Zhaowuda meat sheep ewes with similar body weights and ages which were divided into four groups and using estrus synchronization and artificial insemination. Each group selected 20 male lambs of F_1 generation to fatten in the same feeding conditions,and slaughtered 5 lambs to determine meat characters at the end of experiment. The results showed that the weaning survival rates of cross combinations were more than that of Zhaowuda meat sheep,the weaning weights of F_1( Sa×Z)and F_1( Sai×Z)were significantly heavier than that of Zhaowuda meat sheep( P0. 05),the fattening performance of F_1( Sa×Z)better than that of the other groups,the moisture content of muscle,water holding capacity,cooking rate and protein of F_1( Sa×Z)were extremely higher than that of F_1( M×Z)and F_1( Sai×Z)( P0. 05),but water losing rates were extremely lower than that of F_1( M×Z)and F_1( Sai×Z)( P0. 05),the quality of muscle and the flavor substances of three cross combinations were similar to Zhaowuda meat sheep. Together,Sa Zhao was the best cross combinations.
