复合微生态制剂对肉鸡免疫器官指数和血清免疫指标的影响 被引量:19

Effect of compound probiotics on immune organ index and serum immune index in broilers

摘要 本研究旨在探讨复合微生态制剂不同添加水平对肉鸡免疫器官指数和血清免疫指标的影响,以期为复合微生态制剂在肉鸡养殖中的推广应用提供参考。将120只健康AA+白羽肉鸡随机分成4组,对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg的复合微生态制剂,试验期为28 d。结果显示,Ⅰ组的新城疫(ND)抗体效价显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、ND抗体效价、Ig A含量、Ig G含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、ND抗体效价、Ig A含量、Ig G含量、Ig M含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,复合微生态制剂能够显著改善肉仔鸡的免疫器官指数和血清免疫指标,提高免疫功能,以1.0 g/kg作为临床应用的最适添加剂量。 This study aimed to investigate the effect of probiotics added in different levels on immune organs index and serum immune indexes for providing references for the popularization and application of probiotics in broiler breeding. A total of 120 healthy AA+ broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group,group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were added 0,0. 5,1. 0,2. 0 g/kg in the diets of the compound probiotics,respectively. The test period was 28 d. The results showed that the titer of Newcastle disease( ND) antibody in groupⅠ was significantly higher than that of the control group( P0. 05). The thymus index,bursa index,ND antibody titer,Ig A content and Ig G content in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the control group( P0. 05). The thymus and bursa index,ND antibody titer and the content of Ig A,Ig G content and Ig M content in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of the control group( P0. 05). The results suggested that the compound probiotics could significantly improve immune organ index and serum immune indexes in broilers,and 1. 0g/kg was the most suitable dosage in clinical application.
