乌鲁木齐地区犬布鲁菌病等3种人畜共患病流行情况调查

Investigation on the prevalence of Brucella,Salmonella and Toxoplasma gondii infection in dogs in Urumqi area

对新疆省乌鲁木齐地区采集的宠物犬、流浪犬、养殖场犬样品进行布鲁菌病、沙门菌病、弓形虫病3种人畜共患病血清学监测及病原分离。结果显示:3种犬布鲁菌病血清学阳性率介于7%~22%之间;弓形虫病血清抗体阳性率介于7%~25%之间;犬肛拭子沙门菌检出率为20%。研究表明,乌鲁木齐地区犬布鲁菌病等3种人畜共患病阳性率较高,应引起重视。

Samples of pet dogs,stray dogs and farms dogs were collected from Urumqi area of Xinjiang. The serological monitoring and pathogen isolation of Brucella,Salmonella and Toxoplasma gondii infection were carried out. The results showed that the serological positive rate of Brucella was between 7% and 22%,and the positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii was between 7% and 25%. The detection rate of Salmonella was 20%. It suggests that the positive rates of three zoonotic diseases such as brucellosis in dogs are high and should be taken into consideration.
