基于无人机的特种设备事故应急处置方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 为克服特种设备事故现场存在的各种危险和未知因素,提出了一种基于无人机技术的特种设备事故应急处置方法。通过搭建无人机现场勘查系统,操控无人机对事故危险区域或人工难以到达的区域进行勘查;事故应急处置人员根据无人机反馈的信息对事故现场安全状况进行研判并实施应急救援和处置。应用结果表明,本方法可对特种设备事故进行快速响应并实施应急处置,避免不必要的人员伤亡,同时可及时发现事故应急预案的不适应内容。 An emergency treatment method of special equipment accident based on UAV technology was proposed in order to overcome the danger and unknown factors in the accident scene. The UAV field investigation system was built and the first-hand information was obtained from the investigation of the accident scene of the dangerous or inaccessible areas within the control range. Implement rescue and disposal was carried out by the emergency treatment personnel according to the accident security situation which was analyzed from the feedback information. This method has characteristics of quick operation and fast response speed for rapid response and implementation of emergency treatment in case of a special equipment accident. Unnecessary emergency casualties can be avoided and the inappropriate content of the emergency plans can be found timely by this method.
