我国电梯安全监管的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Elevator Safety Supervision in China

本文就当前我国电梯安全监管存在的问题与现状,借鉴各行业国内外的先进经验,提出了一套电梯安全监管的非技术性举措,并基于当前工业应用研究热点的物联网技术,重点提出了电梯智能数据采集与报警和应急救援平台两大电梯安全保障系统,做到电梯事故的及时预防与自动处置,从技术上解决电梯安全问题,以期对我国电梯安全监管的进步提供借鉴意义。

Drawing on the advanced experience both at home and abroad, this paper explores the current problems and situation of elevator safety supervision in China, and puts forward a set of non-technical measures for elevator safety supervision. Based on the current industrial application research hotspot technology Internet of things, this paper focuses on two elevator safety assurance systems： the elevator intelligent data acquisition and alarm and emergency rescue platform, so that the elevator accidents can be timely prevented and automatically disposed, technically solving the elevator safety issues, and providing reference for the improvement of elevator safety supervision in our country.
