摘要
对1000m^3液化气球罐进行开罐检验时发现的焊缝内表面裂纹的成因进行分析,内容包括:球罐的宏观检查及材质分析、裂纹产生的环境及机理分析;同时对球罐安全使用提出相关建议。
This paper analyzes the cause of cracks in the inner surface of the 1000 cubic liquefied gas spherical tank, which includes the macroscopical inspection and material analysis of the spherical tank, the environment and the mechanism of the crack. At the same time, the related advice of the safe use of the spherical tank is put forward.
