Analysis and Countermeasures of Common Defects Found in Inspection of Hydraulic Buffer

缓冲器作为电梯重要的安全保护装置,其可靠与否直接关系着电梯安全与否。液压缓冲器由于其缓冲过程平稳且适用于任何速度的电梯,应用极为广泛。另一方面,液压缓冲器结构比较复杂,如果安装或维护保养不当,很容易出现各种缺陷。本文对液压缓冲器常见的缺陷进行探讨分析,并提出改进建议,避免缓冲器缺陷给使用者带来伤害。

Buffer as an important safety protection device for elevator, its reliability directly influences the safety of elevator. Because of the stability in buffering process and suitability for any speed, hydraulic buffer is widely used. On the other hand, hydraulic buffer structure is complex, if installation or maintenance is not properly, it is easy to have all sorts of defects. In this paper, the common defects of hydraulic buffers are discussed and analyzed, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward to avoid harm to users caused by buffer defects.
