A Case of Injury Caused by the Lack of Escalator Steps

自动扶梯梯级缺失监测装置是国家安全标准GB 16899—2011的新增内容,主要是为了防止乘客踏入因梯级(踏板)缺失导致的缺口而造成被剪切或挤压的伤害。本文结合一起因梯级缺失引发的人员伤害事故案例,从人的不安全行为和设备的不安全状态两个方面,对事故的原因进行深入剖析;同时,从风险防控和技术法规两个层级,提出相应的预防措施,避免类似事故的再次发生。

The escalator step missing monitoring device is the new content of national security standard GB 16899—2011. The main purpose is to prevent passengers from entering the gap caused by the lack of steps, resulting in shearing or crushing injuries. Combining with a case of accidental injury caused by the lack of steps, from two aspects of human unsafe behavior and unsafe state of equipment, this article deeply analyzes the reasons of accident, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures from two levels of risk prevention and technical regulations, to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents.
