摘要
罐式炉燃烧自动控制系统解决了罐式炉生产自动化水平低的瓶颈,取代了人工调温操作,避免出现炉内超温现象,大幅延长耐材使用寿命;对监控温度实现精确控制,主控目标波动范围±15℃,同时提高了罐式炉对挥发分适应性;根据系统运行后所生产的煅烧焦制品化验数据表明,煅烧焦质量完全满足需求。系统应用实践表明,罐式炉燃烧自动控制系统运行效果较好。
The bottleneck that automatic level of vertical shaft furnace is always low has been solved completely by the automatic control system for combus- tion, which replaces manual operation, avoids overheat in the furnace and prolongs the refractory matter life ; it can control target temperature accurately, and the fluctuation range is ±15℃, and it can improve the adaptability for volatile matter. Assay indexes show that the quality of CPC produced by the system can meet the requirements completely. The application shows that the operational performance of the system is well.
