蔡英文执政后台日关系新动向及其前景

The New Trends and Prospect of Taiwan-Japan Relations since Tsai Ing-wen Took Office

2016年5月以蔡英文为首的民进党正式执政之后,极力在日本食品输台禁令等多项议题上背离马英九当局的既有立场,试图以"媚日反中"政策来推进台日关系。民进党此举与"台独"党纲、"亲日"要员居多和价值观"媚日"等因素直接相关,又与安倍政权极力推进"正常国家"及遏制中国崛起的战略密不可分,同时还受美国"亚太再平衡"战略的外在影响。尽管近期台湾地区与日本的关系仍存在一些争议,但鉴于美国特朗普政府对华政策尚存在较强不确定性、日本政界右翼与"台独"势力勾结密切、两地民众好感度持续攀升等因素的影响,未来台湾地区与日本的关系仍存在着较大发展空间,不利于中日关系的发展。

Ever since Tsai Ing-wen,the leader of the Democratic Progressive Party,took office in Taiwan in May 2016,she has departed from the policies formulated by Ma Ying-jeou authority in many issues including the ban on the food import from Japan,trying to adopt the policy of＂fawning on Japan while struggling against China＂ so as to promote Taiwan-Japan relations. The reason why Tsai Ing-wen authority takes this stand is,in fact,directly associated with some factors such as the platform of ＂Taiwan independence＂,having many of the＂pro-Japan＂officials and the value of＂worshipping Japan＂. Besides,it also has something to do with the national strategies of the Abe regime to promote the＂normal country＂and its containment of China,and at the same time,the influence of the U.S. Asia Pacific rebalancing strategy. However,because of the strong uncertainty about the Trump administration＇s China policy,the close collusion of the right-wing Japanese politicians with the forces of＂Taiwan independence＂and the continual improvement of the affection between the people of Japan and Taiwan,Taiwan-Japan relations,the writers believe,will be improved effectively in the future while Sino-Japanese relations will be faced with more variables even though there still has been some disputes between Taiwan and Japan.
