摘要
肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)合并门静脉癌栓(portal vein tumor thrombus,PVTT)影响HCC患者的预后、HCC复发以及治疗方法的选择.目前,国际上还没有统一的指南来规范诊断和治疗.本文就HCC合并PVTT的诊断和治疗进展进行述评.
Hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） complicated by portal vein tumor thrombus（PVTT） is associated with a poor prognosis and limited treatment options. Currently, there is no international guideline to standardize the management of PVTT. In this review, we aim to discuss the incidence, mechanism, diagnosis, classification, and treatment of HCC with PVTT.
