法治人才的定位与培养

The Orientation and Cultivation of the Rule-of-Law Talents

法治人才是具有丰富的法治知识、娴熟的法治技能,符合特定的法律道德标准,从事立法、执法、司法、法律服务等工作的专门人才。法治人才的培养需要在多歧乃至矛盾的选项之间进行协调:本土与国际并顾,技能与品德齐具,理论与实践贯通,宏观与微观兼容。大学法学院作为法治人才培养的第一阵地,应当优化教师队伍、重构课程体系、选用优质教材、改进教育方法、对接职业考试。

The rule-of-law talents are professionals who are engaged in legislation,law enforcement,justice,legal service and other related work.They not only have a wealth of knowledge about and adept skills in the rule of law,but also are in line with specific legal and ethical standards.The cultivation of the rule-of-law talents should be coordinated among the divergent and even contradictory options.They should be acquainted with the local and the international,gifted with skills and virtues,well versed in theory and practice,and informed of the macroscopic and the microscopic.Law schools,as the first position to train the rule-of-law talents,should optimize their teaching staff,reconstruct their curriculum system,select high-quality teaching materials,improve their teaching methods and dock with the vocational examinations.
