With the continuous expansion of the US dollar market in China, the US dollar interest rate products are gradually becoming foreign currency business priority of domestic institutions, and accordingly, the reasonable pricing of the US dollar interest rate has become an issue of common concern in the market. This paper attempts to analyze the logic behind the formation of the interest rate curve from the perspectives of the current market pricing mechanisms and the trend of interest rates interest rate market and the formation of the dollar and offers an outlook into the future development of the dollar nterest rate curve.
