The Global Foreign Exchange Committee and the FX Global Code

《全球外汇市场准则》由国际清算银行联合全球八大金融中心的外汇市场委员会共同制定，并于2017年5月正式发布，旨在推动建立稳健、公平、适度透明且富有流动性的外汇市场。为配合全球准则的推广和执行，由各国外汇市场委员会共同组成的全球外汇市场委员会（Global FX Committee，GFXC）亦同时成立。文章系统介绍了全球准则的运行机制、主要内容以及GFXC近期推广全球准则的工作安排。

The FX Global Code is developed by the Bank for International Settlements （BIS） in partnership with the Foreign Exchange Committees of 8 international financial centers. It was formally released in May 2017, aiming at promoting a robust, liquid, open, and appropriately transparent FX market. To promote and maintain the FX Global Code, the Global Foreign Exchange Committee （GFXC） was also established in May 2017, which consists of the Foreign Exchange Committees from different countries. This paper introduces systematically the operating mechanism and main contents of the FX Global Code, and provides information about the latest arrangements of the GFXC to promote the FX Global Code.
