摘要
选用苯酚、多聚甲醛、三乙烯四胺和硫脲为原料合成了一种固化剂,通过正交试验、凝胶和表干时间,粘度和拉伸强度测试等研究了不同原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对合成固化剂性能的影响,并采用红外光谱表征了固化剂的结构。结果表明,固化剂合成的最佳条件如下:苯酚、多聚甲醛、三乙烯四胺和硫脲物质的量比为1∶1∶1.7∶0.9,反应温度110℃,反应时间2 h,合成的固化剂可使环氧树脂在25℃下2 h固化。
The curing agent was synthesized using phenol,paraformaldehyde,triethylenetetramine and thiourea as raw materials. The effects of raw material ratios,reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of synthesized curing agent were studied by the orthogonal test and testiings of gel time,drying time,viscosity and tensile strength. The structure of curing agent was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of curing agent were as follows:molar ratio of phenol,paraformaldehyde,triethylenetetramine and thiourea 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.7 ∶ 0.9,reaction temperature 110 ℃ and reaction time 2 h. The epoxy resin could be cured by the synthesized curing agent at 25 ℃ for 2 h.
