摘要
介绍了国内常用插座和电源转换器上插片的传统电镀镍工艺。针对镀镍层易氧化形成斑点的问题,从基材材质及其加工工艺,镀前处理,镍层性能和厚度,产品仓储和运输等方面分析原因,制定了新的镀镍工艺流程,增加了96 h中性盐雾和结合力两项检测要求。
The domestic traditional process for nickel electroplating on plug pins of usual power strip and converter was introduced. As for the problem that the oxidation spots are easily formed on nickel coatings, the causes were analyzed from several aspects including the material quality and processing technology of substrate, surface preparation prior to electroplating, properties and thickness of nickel coating, as well as storage and transportation of products. A new nickel electroplating process flow was developed. Neutral salt spray test for 96 h and adhesion stren^h test are reauired.
